Challenge
This Global Bank was managing it's £multi-million programmes using a huge number of Excel spreadsheets.
Due to the geographical spread of the teams, they need a centralised tool that could be used to track and report progress.
Solution
The solution was a new Microsoft .NET Application to allow all teams to enter data into standardised forms and for this data to be housed
in a SQL Server Database that could be used for centralised reporting.
Result
International Programme Managers were now able to track and manage progress and budgets on their multi-million pound projects using a single centralised tool.
The database could then be used to drive automated reporting via SSRS and PowerBI.

By building new XML feeds and working with a range of Social Media APIs, we created a suite of automated jobs written that ensured that the
right information was posted or extracted at the allocated time.

Taking each application in turn we overcame a few complexities but successfully migrated all applications on to AWS and Azure. We tested each application post migration and everything functioned as expected.

This global finance organisation was spending a great deal of time and energy collating data from different areas of the business based in separate geographical locations in
order to report critical risk data to senior stakeholders.
Solution
We built a suite of dynamic SSRS and PowerBI Reports allowing any user to select a template and the required parameters in order to create their own report.]
We also developed a new solution that extracted critical data and converted this into lightweight HTML so it could be automatically emailed to senior stakeholders.
Result
We saved a significant amount of time and effort. There was no longer any need for any manual collation of data into Excel Spreadsheets nor manual effort to create the required reporting.
Senior Stakeholder were automatically alerted to any issues so they could be address immediately.
